Dwarven stability w/Lightning reflex, which is neither elite, prep or in BM, and if everything isnt dead before that wears off, something else it wrong with your team/play.. hell 12 seconds should be enough without dwarf stability to kill of a group..

Its not like a barrage bar takes a lot of slots up as a base^^

And just dont mash on before its ready?...or use a horn bow, as that synch perfectly with barrage with an ias. (325% or 33% i forget which it was:P) and wasnt ther some doubt that the animation you skip doesnt actually cut into your shots anyway?

Sure, but PvE skill slots are really valuable. You are sacrificing one of SY + EBSoH + BUH (those are my most wanted picks at least, feel free to fill in what you use). Frankly if you wanted to use a PvE skill Drunken Master alone should be enough IAS to hit the Barrage limit.

'not mashing' as you call it would lower damage by using barrage less. It is true that Barrage only benefits with a hornbow, but as I said thats a problem with Barrage and not the IAS skills.
